Some equipment that may be helpful to have on hand for Bootcamp practices include a mat, weights (light, medium, and/or heavy), and circular resistance bands.
Don’t worry if you don’t have equipment as all of our exercises can be modified. We are a resourceful team and encourage you to make due with what’s around you.

All athletes participating must purchase and book a spot. Email nyc@aarmy.com with any questions.

BOOKING CLASSES
Do you require a monthly membership?
No, you do not have to purchase a membership, but you must sign in to our website or app to purchase practice session credits. You can buy as many credits as you want (the larger the package, the less each credit costs). Note that we are a cashless business.
When can I sign up for practice sessions?
Our booking window opens on Mondays at 11am for that week’s sessions (Tuesday-Monday).
What is the “Book Ahead” feature?
You may reserve a spot up to one week prior to the regular booking window by using double the amount of credits that any practice session costs. For example, a session that takes 1.5 credits can be booked any time up to two Mondays before, for 3 credits. Early Booking opens at the same time as the normal booking window: 11am on Monday. Booked Ahead sessions can be canceled without penalty any time before 10 am on the Monday of that session’s regular booking window. Any Booked Ahead sessions that are canceled after that time will have one half of the credits spent returned, up until 6pm the evening prior to the practice session (after which no credits are returned for cancellation).
Can I choose my spot?
Yes, both Cycle and Bootcamp sessions have specifically reserved spots. You will be reminded of your spot upon check in. You may also switch spots with your guests, if you have booked more than one bike or mat for a specific session.
What if the session fills up before I get in?
You can join the Waitlist – the earlier you join, the better your chances of getting a spot. You will be charged when joining the Waitlist, but your credit(s) will be returned if you do not get into the practice session. If you joined the Waitlist during the Early Booking period, you will be charged double that session’s credits.
What’s your cancellation policy?
Please make sure to cancel your spot by 6pm the evening prior to your practice session to receive your credit back, otherwise you will be charged for the session.
What about canceling my Waitlist spot?
You can also cancel your Waitlist spot from the app or website.
